Web Design

Art direction before artboards. We design interfaces with a point of view — oversized type, deliberate space, systems that hold together at every viewport and survive real content.

The dive plan.

  1. 01 · WK 1

    Soundings

We chart the water before we enter it: goals, audience, constraints, competitors — and where the pressure really is.

  2. 02 · WK 2–3

    Blueprint

Strategy, information architecture and art direction locked before pixels move. No redesigns mid-descent.

  3. 03 · WK 3–4

    Motion lab

The hero and signature interactions prototyped and profiled at 60fps — approved as motion, not as a static mock.

  4. 04 · WK 4–8

    Build

Hand-written front-end, CMS wiring, content load and QA under pressure. Vitals watched from the first commit.

  5. 05 · ONGOING

    Launch + iterate

Ship, measure, sharpen. The first month after launch is part of the project, not an upsell.

[ 03 — QUESTIONS ] · DEPTH -3600M

Before you dive.

Straight answers to the questions every first call starts with. Anything else — ask us directly.

Fixed scope, fixed price — agreed before we start, no hourly meters running. Most engagements land between €15k and €60k: design-and-build sites at the lower end, flagship 3D motion sites and headless commerce at the upper. If your budget is below that, we will say so on the first call, not in week three.

Four to ten weeks from kickoff to launch. A focused marketing site sits near four; a 3D motion flagship or a full replatform runs eight to ten. We take three projects at a time, so your slot is a real slot — the timeline we give you is the one we keep.

Constantly — most clients arrive with a brand, not a blank page. We translate identities into digital rather than replacing them: your palette and voice stay, but they gain motion, depth and a web-native typographic system. If the brand genuinely cannot carry a modern site, we will tell you before we build on it.

No — that trade-off is a myth built by badly-made sites. We animate transforms and opacity only, lazy-load every video, and profile on mid-range hardware, not just studio machines. Every project ships with a performance budget, green Core Web Vitals targets and a full reduced-motion fallback. This site is the demo.

Headless by default — Sanity or Storyblok for content, Shopify for commerce. Your team edits structured content in a clean interface; the front-end stays hand-written and fast. We recommend against traditional page builders, and we only keep WordPress when leaving it would hurt more than staying.

The first month of measuring and sharpening is included in every project. After that, most clients keep a light care plan — monitoring, updates, and a few improvement days per month — so the site keeps its speed and its edge instead of slowly drifting back to the surface.
